                   We need to find the decimal form of \boldsymbol{\sf{\displaystyle\frac{1}{2}}}.

                  <u> But first</u> we need to convert it into a fraction whose

                   denominator is 10, or 100, or 1,000, etc.

                   The closest number that's divisible by 2 is 10.

                   So that's the new <u>denominator</u> of the <em>fraction</em>.

                   Now we should <u><em>also</em></u> multiply the top times the number

                   that we multiplied the bottom by. See how this works?

                   \boldsymbol{\sf{\displaystyle\frac{1\times5}{2\times5}}}. This yields

                  \boldsymbol{\sf{\displaystyle\frac{5}{10}}}. And 5/10 in decimal-form yields

                  \boldsymbol{\sf{0.5}}.

               \LARGE\boldsymbol{\sf{calligraphy}}

D: 16% of boxes have more than 24.1, because 68% are within 1 SD of the mean, so 32 are left, and that includes lower and higher extremes.</span>

grandymaker [24]
10 is 20 degrees

11 is 180-145= 35 degrees

12, so the way you do it is by the fact that one opposite exterior angle is equal to two interior angles, so 40+46= 86 degrees.

8 is 86-35= 51 degrees

9 is 29 plus 62 equals 91 degrees.

Hope this helps! I tried to type this really fast

Solve x2 - 8x = 3 by completing the square. Which is the solution set
Simora [160]

Answer:

4\pm\sqrt{19}

Step-by-step explanation:

Move everything to left side

x^{2} -8x -3 =0

Now to solve this square equation we need to find Descriminant

D=b^{2} -4ac=64+12=76

As Descriminant D is greater than 0 then we have 2 solutions which we can calculate by this formula

x_{1,2}=\frac{-b\pm\sqrt{D}}{2a} =\frac{8\pm2\sqrt{19}}{2}=4\pm\sqrt{19}
