As suggested in the above subject research indeed proves that Laughter Improves people’s emotional and physical well-being.

Many authoritative sources have shown that laughter is a great medicine. One of the reasons given for this is that it draws people together physically and emotionally in a very healthy way.

Another reason that supports the above premise is that Laughter has been shows to reduce the effects of stress on the human body. It achieves this by helping the body to secretes certain hormones that diminish pain.

Hence, it is right to conclude that as adults, we must turn to our childlike selves and seek out more opportunities to be happy because, it helps to  enhance relationships and elongate life.
