Sikhism was established in the 15th century by Guru Nanak (1469-1539 CE) in Punjab, India. Sikhism believes that devotion to God is the path to people´s liberation from the eternal cycle of rebirth. It maintains that God has no form, and He can´t be represented or incarnated in ways that can be grasped. Sikhism admits numerous forms of the divine, but it´s one in the end. There is a belief in many universes, but creation can´t be wholly understood by the humand mind.
