Tiki Tikki Tembo is a set in ancient China and invents an ancient Chinese custom whereby parents honor their first-born sons with long, elaborate names that everyone is obliged to say completely- no nicknames, no shortening of any kind- while second- born sons are typically given short, unimportant names.
it seems like the cartoon is illustrating the fact that in this society in the 21st century, we are never truly connected an we are all shaped by and addicted to our tech. so maybe you can do something about that. :)
