Answer: Appeasement is the practice of coming to an agreement with an aggressor in order to avoid conflict.  Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain  was in charge in the years before the start of the second world war.  Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain adopted this policy of appeasement in order to avoid the possibility of sending men to die in a second world war. During this time the first war was still fresh on many minds and wanting to avoid the possibility of a second world war Chamberlain adopted the Appeasement Approach.

Instituted in the hope of avoiding war, appeasement was the name given to Britain's policy in the 1930s of allowing Hitler to expand German territory unchecked. Most closely associated with British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain, it is now widely discredited as a policy of weakness.

Answer:

Answer:

safe speed for the larger radius track u= √2 v

Explanation:

The sum of the forces on either side is the same, the only difference is the radius of curvature and speed.

Also given that r_1= smaller radius

r_2= larger radius curve

r_2= 2r_1..............i

let u be the speed of larger radius curve

now, \sum F = \frac{mv^2}{r_1} =\frac{mu^2}{r_2}∑F=

form i and ii we can write

v^2= \frac{1}{2} u^2v
