Explanation:

1. Send formal letters to the Supreme Court and/or your state government. They may not read them, but with how many letters regarding the overturn of Roe vs. Wade are being received daily, they may take what us as a nation are saying into account.

2. Attend protests if possible. If you have the privilege to do so without being targeted for your identity, attend protests, make signs, make your mark in the fight for reproductive freedom! Make sure to have essential items on hands if you do choose to protest, such as:

A small backpack, sunglasses, face covering of sorts, good walking shoes, snacks and water, an ID, a burner phone, umbrella, etc.

3. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!!! You have the first amendment right to assembly/protest, as well as to film or document events taking place in a public space. You should also take the time to research other laws and rights for good measure.

That's just some basic advice I can give you to help out. The best thing you can do now is conduct more research regarding the topic of defending our rights, as well as Roe vs. Wade as a whole.
