The least informed individuals express their ideas the loudest. "Empty minds create the greatest noise, empty vessels make the loudest sounds, empty cans make the most noise, etc." are more variations of similar sayings.

What is the story related to the saying?

There was a man who always bragged about his strength, bravery, and accomplishments.

He would frequently recount how he had defeated a group of bandits on his own and forced them to flee, how he had killed a boar with his punches, and how he had calmed a raging bull.

If sonic dacoits attacked the village, his neighbors believed that he would protect them because he was a fearless man.

A group of robbers struck the village one night. He received a request from the people to come and aid them. He was informed about the attack and invited to assist by the messenger.

The moment the booster learned of the thieves' onslaught, he passed out. The boaster passed out when he heard about the robbers, so the messenger went back and advised the locals to confront the robbers on their own.

The villagers sat around to discuss the boaster's behavior after repelling the attack. There was an elderly man there who said, "There is nothing to amaze at." He is a much-sounding empty vessel.

Answer:

Waverly, a chess prodigy in "Rules of the Game," comes from a traditional Chinese family. Waverly and her mother, Lindo, are opposites. They're battling it mentally. Traditional Chinese and American cultures are in conflict. Waverly's treatment of her brothers shows Asian patriarchy. Example: Waverly's nickname means "little sister" in Chinese. Winston and Vincent were her brothers' names. Waverley, not her brothers, provided family pride.
