The correct answer is Skin with very little purple dots.

Petechiae appear on the skin as microscopic purple patches. Purpura is a large ecchymotic region. Actinic keratosis is characterized by papules and plaques that are hyperkeratotic. Osler's nodules are little, elevated red spots on the soles of the feet. A condition known as hyperkeratosis is when a person's skin in some areas thickens more than usual. The stiff, fibrous protein keratin is present in skin, hair, and fingernails. Inflammation, pressure, a hereditary disease, or defensive response to it may cause the body to create more keratin. The outer layer of the skin thickens due to hyperkeratosis. Keratin, a hard, protective protein, is present in this outer layer. This thickening of the skin is frequently a typical defense mechanism for the skin against rubbing, pressure, and other local irritations. On the hands and feet, it results in corns and calluses.

Sindrei [870]

Answer:

The Km value (an indicator of the affinity of the transporter protein for glucose molecules; a low Km value suggests a high affinity) of the GLUT1 and GLUT3 proteins is 1mM; therefore GLUT1 and GLUT3 have a high affinity for glucose and uptake from the bloodstream is constant.
