Emblems often take the place of spoken words, letters, or numbers.

Emblems are nonverbal behaviors that replace the verbal; they fulfill the substituting function. Emblems are used when it is not viable to apply the verbal, or when the nonverbal might be extra effective. now not all gestures are trademarks.

Logos are substitutes for words; they may be frame actions that have alternatively unique verbal translations: for instance, the nonverbal signs for “good enough”, “peace”, “come right here”, “go away”, and “be quiet”, "it is cold” and “who me?” emblems are as arbitrary as any word in any language.

Linguistic properties are verbs, nouns, pronouns, adverbs, adjectives, and so on. In contrast with signal language, emblems are a non-linguistic form of conversation. logos are unmarried gestures that might be supposed to get a quick non-verbal message to some other individual.
