To answer this problem you have to look at the definition(s), The definition for "Yo Corro" is "I Run"

so knowing this you look through your options and translate them.  

Lentamente means "Slow" in Spanish
so plug that in, and it translates to "I run slow" 

The other words are either spelled wrong or they're trying to trick you.  The answer is "B" lentamente.
