Share permissions are only set on shared folders. The advanced allows you to add another share name to the folder.

N T F S permissions and share permissions are cumulative. For example: When you copy a file from one to another then it inherit the permission to target. This represent that file is copied within same volume or different volume. A file will retain its permissions when you move file between same volume. A file moved from one volume to separate volume inherits the permissions of volume .

Full control permission enables users to access, compose, alter, and  remove documents and sub-folders. Additionally, for all documents and  sub-directories, users can alter permissions settings. Users are able to modify permissions and take file possession.
