This passage reads like a stage or film screenplay.

The film is the best possible medium that would most effectively interpret this passage.

1) Set the camera to Mrs. Peters' eyes, then gently turn to face to Mrs. Hale's eyes.

2) Mrs. Hales' eyes scan the area in search of the hidden box.

3) the sound of a knob spinning as a close-up of the knob is now being captured on camera.

The best possible way to pan in and out on eyes and knobs when shooting film is with a camera.

Correct Question

(HALE goes outside. The SHERIFF follows the COUNTY ATTORNEY into the other room. Then MRS HALE rises, hands tight together, looking intensely at MRS PETERS, whose eyes make a slow turn, finally meeting MRS HALE’s. A moment MRS HALE holds her, then her own eyes point the way to where the box is concealed. Suddenly MRS PETERS throws back quilt pieces and tries to put the box in the bag she is wearing. It is too big. She opens box, starts to take bird out, cannot touch it, goes to pieces, stands there helpless. Sound of a knob turning in the other room. MRS HALE snatches the box and puts it in the pocket of her big coat. Enter COUNTY ATTORNEY and SHERIFF.)

Which sentence does not contain any punctuation errors?
Tresset [83]
A because you need a comma after bright but not after summer or anywhere else in the sentence. C doesn't have any commas. So it should be A. People say it like C but I think in a list you always need a comma so yeah.

In literature, the turning point or climax is the point of highest tension in a narrative; it's the most exciting and revealing part of a story. It leads the rising action into the falling action before a story is resolved and reaches the conclusion.
