I think the three most important items from Europe, Africa and Asia are cattle, chicken, and horses. The cattle can provide milk along with meat. The chicken can provide its eggs. Lastly, the horses will help with trading and traveling.

1.- Livestock. European nations exported to the Americas, livestock such as pigs, cows, horses, sheep.

2.- Grains. These European nations exported grains such as barley, rice, wheat, among others.

3.- Diseases. Unfortunately, part of this Columbian exchange was the many diseases European people brought to the Americas that almost wiped out 80 percent of the Native American Indians, Mesoamerican Indians, and Indians in South America. We are talking about diseases such as Malaria, smallpox, cholera, chickenpox, and influenza.
