Explanation:

It's because from stage one it's the part which you begin from what you were doing its the part when u make tons of mistakes while stage 2 is the part when u can lift yourself to a new level means stage 2 is more powerful than stage 1

This narrator can actually tell everything about all the characters inner feelings, motivations and even aspirations. It seems to be that an omniscient narrator is a narrator who seems to know everything and everybody in the story.
