The geographic environmental factors as well as competition over natural resources, shaped AmericanIndian communities prior to 1600 through the production of different designs to protect themselves against the climate and different elements.

What is Climate?

This is defined as the atmospheric condition of a place over a given period of time and is influenced by temperature.
The AmericanIndian communities were present in the rural areas with lots of water bodies which was why predominant occupation was fishing. This led to them ensuring different types of designs in their clothes and shelter were made so as to protect them from these harsh elements in their community.
The need for a stronger Federal government soon became apparent and eventually led to the Constitutional Convention in 1787. The present United States Constitution replaced the Articles of Confederation on March 4, 1789.
