Areas defined by natural characteristics such as similar plant and animal life are known as Bioregions.

One major benefit of this bioregional framework is that it allows for the integration of all 3 styles of ecoregions – terrestrial, freshwater, and marine -- into a cohesive gadget. The portion of rivers, streams, lakes, and ponds that float thru a terrestrial ecoregion are included inside the bioregion, and in some instances a watershed’s footprint impacts the grouping of overlapping terrestrial ecoregions. in addition, bioregions with coastal edges are prolonged to the corresponding usa’s exclusive economic region boundaries. while EEZs are administrative, now not biological, obstacles they do provide an atmosphere constraint as most fishing and industrial activities occur in the EEZs. “Marine Ecoregions of the arena” is referenced in Bioregions 2020, and in a few cases informs the clustering of terrestrial ecoregions.

Bioregion are subdivisions of the major biomes, defined most typically by large-scale geological structures or familiar climatological zones. An instance of that is the outstanding plains of the Midwest U.S. divided into 3 bioregions -- north, south, and principal. Bioregionalism is a philosophy that suggests that political, cultural, and economic structures are more sustainable and just if they are organized round clearly defined areas called bioregions, similar to ecoregions.

Identify four changes that a stream undergoes before it reaches the ocean?
Yanka [14]

1 - The flow of the river may change as water is fed out into tributaries. 2- As a river flows it may etch out the river bed and create a gulley as it moves sediment and debris. 3- Depending on the speed of a stream it can form into a meandering river with twists and turns. What is interesting about these rivers is they actually move as debris is deposited on one side of the meander and picked up on the other. 4 - Depending on topography the river may increase in speed and give you rapids.

Ksenya-84 [330]

Answer:

We were all confused as to why they sold it to us for only 5 dollars. As I was walking onto the beach I saw a strange little cave. It seemed pretty suspicious .. Everyone was in the boat preparing the things so we could build a little house.. As I was about to walk into the cave I heard a noise from behind. It sounded as if someone had screamed.. "Were there other people on this island?" I thought.. After a while there was another scream... Everyone just thought it was a bird.. But I knew that someone was in trouble.. At nightfall I decided to investigate.  I walked into the forest with my flashlight in hand. I saw a bit of smoke in the distance. "Someone is here!!" I thought in my head.. I ran as fast as I could toward the smoke. And when I got there I saw something interesting.. It was a wall that had the names of everyone who lived on the island.. But one name stood out to me! It was my name! I was so confused as to why my name was on here and why we had gotten the island for only 5 dollars.. But then as I was about to turn and leave I saw a figure in the shadows. A very creepy shadow.. As I looked closer it was an old lady... "Hello.. Are you alright?" She said. I nodded. "What are you doing here?" she said. "We live here.. It was sold to us for 5 dollars. Do you know why?" I asked. " Maybe....because legend says that this island is haunted by a family of original ghosts in a cave along side the beach..
