The president has the power to establish student loan relief because the government oversees the affairs of the country. The constitutional obstacles that might exist for the implementation of this program is if the Congess disapproves it.

What is a loan?

It should be noted that a loan simply means the amount of money that is borrowed by an individual to cater for a particular need. It should be noted that students take loans in order to pay their fees and do other necessary things in the school.

In this case, the president has the power to establish student loan relief because the government oversees the affairs of the country. The constitutional obstacles that might exist for the implementation of this program is if the Congess disapproves it.

In a situation that the Congress doesn't approve, this may have an affect on its implementation.
