Empiricism, in philosophy, can be described as the  view  which states that the concepts that is mostly used originate in experience.

This explain that all concepts are about or applicable when those things we are trying to research on can be  be experienced,  and it is  rationally acceptable beliefs or propositions.

This means that they are  justifiable or knowable only through experience, hence Philosophical questions can't be straightforwardly investigated through purely empirical means.
