Depends on what kind of producer you’re referring too. A music producer helps get music out there. A produce producer would put out food. Ect.

The Golden age in the Chinese Civilization is referred to the rule of the Tang dynasty. During this age, significant developments took place in arts, culture, literature and particularly in technology.

It was low in price and easily available compared to  Bamboo, silk or wood.  Paper enabled China to formulate and advance their civilization quickly. Paper in the Chinese civilization served many purposes including that of Hat making and the also for packaging.

Industrialization occurred earlier in western Europe than it did in Russia and Japan. Western Europe was also more open to drastic change/radical ideas as both Russia and Japan wanted to retain their distinctive identities. Also, Russian + Japanese industrialization was a response to Western industrialization as they wanted to be able to compete with those developed nations.
