The passage of the 26th Amendment is an example of Federalism  because  it is one where the right of citizens of the United States, especially those that are eighteen years of age or older, can be able to cast their vote and cannot be  denied or abridged.

Federalism is known to be a system of government where there is the same territory that is known to be controlled by two levels of government.
