Reason for important to prevent the spread of germs -

• When we unintentionally touch our eyes, nose, or mouth with infected hands, the disease-causing bacteria can spread from infected individuals or from contacting the infected surface.
• We can't always keep our hands free of pathogens that cause disease since we engage in several activities that cause our hands to become contaminated with germs.

How do you wash your hands?

• Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after
• you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
• If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
