Socialism advocates that the means of production,
distribution, and exchange should be owned or regulated by the community as a
whole. This denies the individual the opportunity to make their own free
choices as it limits them politically and economically.
A budget deficit occurs when government expenditure is greater than revenue. When this happens the government is now forced to acquire loans to remedy the deficiency and as such national debt grows. A budget surplus occurs when revenue is greater than expenditure. When this occurs there is no need to get more loans and the surplus can now be used to service the national debt; thus reducing it.
Well, according to the US Constitution, it is the Creator, or God who gives men their unalienable rights. All men are born equal, and by being born, are given their unalienable rights which cannot be taken away from them.
