sergij07 [2.7K]

America was inhabited by humans long before the first European set foot on the continent. The beginning of civilization in America occurred during the last Ice Age when the nomadic, ancestral peoples of the Americas—the Paleo-Indians—migrated into the current-day continental United States and Canada. The court case Plessy v. Ferguson challenged the legality of racially segregated train cars. scare tactics to enforce Jim Crow l
yawa3891 [41]

The correct answer is the legality of racially segregated train cars.

Home Plessy was a man who broke the Louisiana state law regarding separate railroad cars for black and white passengers. Even though Plessy was considered "7/8ths white" by law, he was still not allowed to sit in the white car according to the Louisiana law. He challenged this law and his lawyer argued that this was a clear violation of the 14th amendment rights guaranteed to all citizens. However, the Supreme Court ruled that "separate but equal" was not a violation of the aforementioned amendment.

Levart [38]

Answer:

Explanation:

My life would be extremely different if I attended a segregated school. This is another option of racism and discrimination that I cannot accept it.

We are human beings with a variety of characteristics and cultural habits. My life would be boring and with no colour. I mean reactions and attitudes. This situation has not got any balance and can lead to unpleasant and depressing feelings for the students because they are separated and isolated from reality. And the reality means that we live in a global world, we share rights, respect, dignity and equality. The school is a picture of this society with white and black, black and white. There is room for everyone regardless of nationality, religious and cultural beliefs.

I am living in this world, I belong to this society and my school life I would like staying as it is a huge hug for everyone.
