In my own understanding, poverty really affects the right to equal access to housing because a poor person cannot really afford the money to get a good or expensive house. They are limited to batcher houses, and let's say less expensive houses(the one that they can afford).On the other hand, a rich person has all the money to afford a good or expensive house.So this is how poverty affects the right to equal access to housing.
