Answer:

If I ever saw a child in such position, I would help in anyway possible. First I would call out someone elder than me and then call rescue police if the pit is deep in depth. I would calm down that child and ask if he or she is alright, and for how much time did they not eat, I will feed that child later after giving him or her a bath or shower. I would call the police and quickly evacuate the child from the pit. When the child is evacuated from such pit, I will first ask where their parents are. If that child has parents I would claim to the police to seek the parents: But if there are no parents I would look forward to keep that youth with me for a day and send him or her to the orphanage

Based on Chapter 4 of Wheels of Change, which quotation helps develop the central idea that some people did not support the idea
frez [133]

Based on Chapter 4 of "Wheels of Change," the quoatation that helps develop the central idea that some people did not support the idea of women participating in cycling races is the following:

In 1896, Sporting Life applauded what the newspaper saw as the failure of a recent six-day women's bicycle race in New York City, declaring, "This ensures that the disgusting and degrading exhibition will not soon be repeated.”

The quote specifically states that some thought that women cycling was "disgusting" and "degrading." The speaker believed that due to the disaster of the six-day women's bicycle race in New York City, that women would not be cycling again anytime soon, which is how it should be.
