Some one was drawing water and my teacher placed my hand under the spout. As the cool stream gushed over one hand she spelled in

to the other the word water, first slowly, then rapidly. I stood still, my whole attention fixed upon the motions of her fingers. Suddenly I felt a misty consciousness as of something forgotten–a thrill of returning thought; and somehow the mystery of language was revealed to me. I knew then that "w-a-t-e-r" meant the wonderful cool something that was flowing over my hand. That living word awakened my soul, gave it light, hope, joy, set it free!Which aspect of narrative writing does it demonstrate? A.Exposition B.Conflict C.Climax D.Conclusion

Read the excerpt from "The Necklace" by Guy de Maupassant and answer the question. [1] She was one of those pretty and charming
aksik [14]

Answer:

By describing the main character's dreams about having luxurious riches

Explanation:

Structure, or form, is the arrangement of story elements according to purpose, style and genre.

Here, the author begins with describing her current state: pretty, charming, but not expecting much and no expectation of marrying rich.

Next, the author says that she "let" herself get married. Not that she was in love or "wanted" to get married. She married a commoner and she was unhappy.

She "suffered" from being poor. It tormented her.

She began to dream of a better life filled with luxury.
