Social contract theory, can be described as  philosophy itself,  which focus on the view that persons' moral as well as the political obligations  depend on   contract  that is been set  among them  with respect to the  society  they are.

This theory can be seen in the limited government. " which focus on the fact that all men are created equal, which was made by the  Creator  having unalienable Rights, it should be noted that  theory is reflected in  portion of the Declaration of Independence is Social Contract theory.
