Model that describes a city as developing around several centers of activity????
shepuryov [24]

A Model that describes a city as developing around several centers of activity is a multiple nuclei model. It states that cities that emerge along several centers of activity are known as  "<em>nuclei</em>." Each of the <em>nuclei</em> is dedicated to a specific type of land use.  Here service activities like stores, banks, insurance companies, and institutions actively interact. The model points out that even though a city may have begun as a Central Business District (CBD), other smaller centers usually emerge on the outskirts (periphery) of the city closer to the expensive housing areas to allow shorter commutes from city outskirts to create <em>nuclei</em> in parts outside the Central Business District (CBD).

Benefits and dangers of using strikes to help workers achieve their goals.
sineoko [7]
Well, one big benefit would more than likely be that if you have a strike and you go on for a long time and stop working your boss is going to give you what you want. They may not give you everything but they will more than likely give you most of your demands. But one big danger would be facing the fact of being fired. If you don't work and you go on strike you could be facing the fact of being fired. With this being said I personally think that this isn't a solution that people should go to because it can be dangerous because it can lead to death or the loss of a job.
