Making decisions is something that we all have to do on a regular basis. Decisions are an inescapable aspect of life, even if they are as simple as what to eat. Some people have difficulty making judgments, while others receive coaching to assist them in developing the essential abilities. People's decisions are influenced by both internal and external circumstances.

Past experiences have an impact on good decision-making. "Experience is the best teacher," as the old adage goes, and our present judgments are influenced by previous decisions.
