Biased perspectives presented in primary and secondary sources influence what is known or unknown about history. The prevalence of these biases may make it even more difficult to comprehend the history and historical events completely.

A Biased perspective indicates that it unfairly favors one individual or group over others when determining the outcome. For instance, if I only considered an incident from the perspective of the teacher, I might be prejudiced against the pupils and fail to consider their points of view.

When the author's viewpoint is so vehemently for or against something, the material in the source is obviously biased. Although bias is present in all sources to some extent, it is not always possible to identify it. Understanding the Biased perspective is crucial while conducting research since it enables you to see the intended meaning of any content, be it written, visual, or otherwise. You must be able to recognize bias.
