Interpersonal communication refers to communication between two or more individuals.

Good interpersonal communication is important as it helps to resolve conflicts and prevent potential problems.

Given a situation were an individual is accused by his friend of gossiping because he spoke about the friend's problem to another person.

Good interpersonal communication will enable that individual to really explain the matter and help the friend see that probably, he was trying to help the friend get a solution to the problem.

In conclusion, good interpersonal communication is important in conflict resolution.
