It is most likely that a cartoon image would be appealing to parents buying breakfast cereal for their children. The answer is B.

Each packaging should show something related to the product. In any of the other cases a cartoon would make sense. However, if it appears in a box of cereal, parents would be very happy because no kid would ever refuse to eat something represented by a happy tiger or a flying elephant. Therefore, the aim of feeding their child in a fluent and natural way would be fulfilled.
