The Tuareg culture exhibits a combination of Islamic and pre-Islamic traditions (C). The Tuareg people are an Islamic African people. They are semi-nomadic travelling across the region looking for grazing for their animals, but they also have a homestead where they grow crops. They are best known for the practice of men veiling their faces with blue indigo cloth. They mainly live in the Sahara Desert in the modern country of Mauritania. The Tuareg ancestors are the Berbers from North Africa. They originated in the modern day region of Libya.

Which action best demonstrated the United States effort to isolate itself from European conflicts after World War I? *
GenaCL600 [577]

Answer:

2) Refusing to join the League of Nations

Explanation:

The best action that demonstrated the United States' effort to isolate itself from European conflicts after World War I is "Refusing to join the League of Nations."

This is evident in the fact that the United States Congress failed to pass the bill to join the League of Nations. This is based on the idea or some Isolationists' fear that it might make the United States drawn into International issues unnecessarily.
