  • <u>Human-environment interaction:</u> these are the relationships that exists within places.
  • <u>Movement:</u> these are the relationships that exists between places i.e from one place to another.
  • <u>Location:</u> these includes relative location and absolute location.

In conclusion, the physical characteristics of place describes everything that are found in a particular location and these include;
