Two major components of systematic desensitization are:

 • The first step is to identify the fear hierarchy.
 • The next step is to learn relaxation or coping skills.

What is systematic desensitization?

 • Systematic desensitization, also known as graduated exposure therapy, was developed by psychiatrist Joseph Wolpe.
 • It is used when classical conditioning is used to maintain a phobia or anxiety disorder.
 • It combines aspects of cognitive-behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis.
 • It is based on radical behaviorism when used in applied behavior analysis because it incorporates counterconditioning precepts.
 • Meditation (a private behavior or covert conditioner) and breathing are two examples (a public behavior or overt conditioning).
 • According to cognitive psychology, cognitions and feelings precede behavior, so cognitive restructuring is used first.

Components of systematic desensitization:

 • The systematic desensitization procedure is divided into three steps.
 • The first step is to identify the fear hierarchy.
 • The next step is to learn relaxation or coping skills.
 • Finally, the individual employs these techniques to manage their fear during a hierarchy-related situation.

Therefore, the two major components of systematic desensitization are:

 • The first step is to identify the fear hierarchy.
 • The next step is to learn relaxation or coping skills.

olchik [2.2K]

I believe the answer is: D.George remains a client of Bay Area Realty.

Sales associates do not own the right to conduct transactions with the client unless the client openly ask for it. Because of this, when Allisa move from one company to the other, the client would stay with the first company and they would assign new sales associates to replace Allisia.

How would you stage the key moment of the play, Mrs. Hale’s discovery of the bird in the sewing basket? What facial expression w
Karo-lina-s [1.5K]

Answer:

This precise moment is the climax of the story, a decisive point when the women found out that Mrs. Wright was guilty.

Explanation:

Mrs Hale would have an expression of disgust and amazement, with her hand on the mouth and her head turned to one side; next to her would be Mrs Peters, who was looking for evidence into the basket. With the discovery she also reacted with eyes wide opened and disapproval.

Light could be used on the box where the canary was found, then on the women’s faces. This fact would give more effectiveness to this scene.

Bad White [126]

The life of a married woman was limited because the woman were not able to be with other men, and they were usually supposed to produce offspring, so when some weren't able, many viewed them as worthless.
