Which is more humane: capital punishment or<br> life imprisonment? 2 paragraphs explaining why.
lidiya [134]

Answer:

In my opinion, capital punishment is much more humane. When you sentence someone to life in prison, that is far worse than ending their suffering with a quick execution.

That person is forced to live the rest of their life in a tiny, uncomfortable prison cell. Everyday they repeat the same tasks over and over. It is tourture to whoever is sentenced to it, but on the other hand, if they get the electric chair, it's over like that. Much faster, less suffering.

b and c just don't sound like good strategies at all, but the choice depends on the material and the time and resources you have.

Do you think the parlor walls are a danger to this society? Why or why not?
MariettaO [177]

Answer:Yes

Explanation: because The parlor walls exemplified the futuristic technology within the novel, Fahrenheit 451. The parlor walls are effective in symbolizing the distance present in this futuristic society.
