You can obtain complete rows and columns or specific values using the INDEX function. In this case, the INDEX function receives a location from the MATCH function and uses it to feed it, and INDEX then returns the value at that place.

INDEX typically accepts three arguments: an array, a row number, and a col number. The range or array from which values are retrieved is called an array. Col num is the column number to obtain a value at, and row num is the row number from which to do so. When an array is one dimensional, Col num is not required and is optional.
