Modifiable risk factors of CAD are: high blood cholesterol levels, unhealthy diet, stress, tobacco use and alcohol consumption.

Coronary artery disease is damage or disease in the heart's major blood vessels which is caused due to the buildup of plaque. This causes coronary arteries to narrow that limits blood flow to the heart.

Some of the symptoms of coronary artery disease are: Chest pain, weakness, nausea and discomfort in the arms or shoulder.
