The answer to this question- The second world war happened between 1 September 1939 - 2 September 19451

World war 2 was started for mainly 3 reasons-

  • Treaty of Versailles in which more than 24 countries draft peace treaties to end world war 1 however the countries like Germany, the United States, France, and the United Kingdom, which were the superpowers at that time does not suit the way of peace signing and kindled the fire for world war 2
  • The Rise of Hitler which gathered more and more superpowers by using his own dictatorial way that lead Germany to become a superpower due to which many inferior parties such as Fazis, Jewish, Slavic, Black, and Roma people stood up against Hitler and that led to the second world war
  • Diplomatic Idealism and the League of Nations did take place after the end of world war 1 to maintain international peace among the nations but due to the more aggressor nations undermining the League of Nations and also its own members this led to the failure of peace.

In the 2013 case of maryland v. king, the supreme court upheld that
Deffense [45]
While being help in prison before conviction, King's DNA was logged and used in court. Unfortunately for King his DNA matched the DNA of a male who took a woman without her consent.

The supreme court ruled King's right to privacy (4th Amendment) was more critical than Maryland's interest in convicting him for his crime. Odd case.
