This is how I deal with my problems.
First, identify the problem. You can't deal with it if you don't know what the problem is.
Second, brainstorm possible solutions. Some ideas are, if you're mad, take some time to cool down on your own. If you're having trouble in school, ask a teacher. Look for any possible solution!
Third, rule out any obvious poor options. Look through your list and identify the options that are unrealistic, not healthy, or something that won't even help you.
Put your solution into action. After finding the best possible solution, put it into action!
