Answer: ANSWER IS DOWN BELOW ⬇️

Explanation:

The rise of political parties as the fundamental organizing unit of the Second (Two) Party System represented a sharp break from the values that had shaped Republican and Federalist political competition. Leaders in the earlier system remained deeply suspicious that parties could corrupt and destroy the young republic. At the heart of the new legitimacy of parties, and their forthright celebration of democracy, was the dramatic expansion of VOTING RIGHTS for white men.

The states dropped voting requirements for white men in the Early Republicas they were only applicable for men with property and wealth. The first government in the United States was established by wealthy and famous founding fathers who own a large property, while some had plantations with slaves. These states add restrictions on women as they were prohibited from voting. Women were not allowed to participate in public as men they remain eliminated from voting rights. Freed African American men were not allowed to vote as they were considered inferior to the white population in America.African men arrived in America as slaves and giving them rights was considered risky as they would later fight for their rights in America. Therefore we can conclude that giving rights to women and African American men was not permissible in states.
