There has always been a need for development and industrialisation in Russia because the country is so vast and has so many excellent resources for mining and oil refining. But this necessity only became apparent after the Crimean War's failure (1853-1856).

Industrialization

Honorable restoration, often referred to as the Meiji restoration, was a revolution that began in Japan in 1868 as a reform to King Meiji's reign.

Japan's industrialization was modeled after a number of western developed nations.

The construction of the Trans-Siberian Railway furthered industrialization.

Therefore, it can be said that the industrialization that took place in Russia in the nineteenth century is most similar to that which occurred in "Japan during the Meiji Restoration."

Although Brown v. Board of Education established that the segregation of schools was unconstitutional,
DanielleElmas [232]

The correct answer is A) Many white Southerners strongly resisted integration.

This refusal to integrate African-American citizens into previously all white schools was evident throughout the South.

For example, Governor Orval Faubus of Arkansas used the Arksansas Guard to prevent nine African-American students from attending Little Rock Central High School in 1957. Ultimately, it took President Dwight D Eisenhower sending in the national guard to escort these students into schools.

This was one of multiple examples, as the University of Alabama resisted integration thanks to the actions of Governor Wallace.

These actions showed that many white southerns did not want integrated schools.
