It is given that Sonia takes 4/5 mile walk everyday.

Consider 4/5 represent the 100%

so using the proportion we can determine which part of her walk she completed once she has walked 3/5 miles.

Find out what percentage represent 3/5

Let

x -----> the percentage that represent 3/5

Then convert to fraction number

\frac{\frac{4}{5}}{100}=\frac{\frac{3}{5}}{x}

\frac{4}{500}=\frac{3}{5x}

x=\frac{3\times500}{20}=75

Therefore , the value of x in percentage is 75 percent.

Convert into fraction number.

\frac{75}{100}=\frac{3}{4}

Hence , she has completed 3/4 of her walk once she has walked 3/5 miles.

Which of the following represents the factorization of the trinomial below?<br>x2 - 6x +9
valentinak56 [21]

For this case we must factor the following expression:

x ^ 2-6x + 9

We must find two numbers that, when multiplied, result in 9 and when added, result in -6.

These numbers are -3 and -3.

-3-3 = -6\\-3 * -3 = + 9

Then, the factored expression is of the form:

(x-3) (x-3) = (x-3) ^ 2

Thus, the correct option is option C.

Anna11 [10]

Answer:

15.7 inch^2

Step-by-step explanation:

A pizza is circular in shape.

Therefore,

Area of a circle = pi r^2

radius r =d/2

From the question , diameter given is 10

r = 10/2 = 5

Pi = 3.142

Area = 3.142 x 5

= 15.71

= 15.7 inch^2

You are downloading songs to your mp3 player the ratio of pop songs to rock songs is 5 to 4 you download 40 pop songs how many r
dmitriy555 [2]
The ratio of pop songs to rock songs you download is 5:4, and 40 are pop songs. You want to find out how many rock songs there are.
First, add the ratios together: 5+4=9. This means that 9 will be your denominator, so 5/9 songs are pop and 4/9 songs are rock.
Now you know that pop songs account for 5/9 of the songs, this means that 40 is 5/9 of the total songs.
To find out how much 4/9 is, you need to divide 40 by 5 to get 1/9 and times that number by 4 to get 4/9:
40÷5=8×4=32 songs are rock songs
