Dancing has long been my passion. My mother told me that when I was a toddler, she would let me dance to any song. After trying to learn proper dance as an adult and trying out both her Natyam and Kathak, Bharat decided to pursue Kathak seriously.

Nail an extra pirouette and spin a two-three to have a real or imaginary audience go wild. Sometimes you're just on your feet. Enjoy it while it lasts. The long-awaited summer intensive course is finally here. You never gave up and now what you've worked so hard for has happened.

Being told to dance well in class is a reward in itself but when the teacher actually sees It will be an even bigger miracle. In addition to being asked to repeat the moves to show the class how to do it, you've earned a three-game winning streak of perfect dance moments. It is a dream come true for almost every dancer to be recognized to dance on an artist, TV show, or performance. Seeing your name next to your favorite role will have you dancing in the halls for at least a few days.
