Blank verse is unrhymed<span> poetry with a specific meter, and it's usually that of iambic pentameter.
Iambic pentameter is a type of </span>metrical<span> line consisting of five two-syllable 'feet', with each foot having the accent on the second syllable.</span>
In this excerpt from the play The Tragical History of Doctor Faustus, the line that provides evidence that Faustus's human soul is predisposed to shun evil is the second one:
But, Mephistophilis, My blood congeals,
and I can write no more.
This line, as Marlowe uses blood as a symbol for the character of Faustus's soul, shows the reader his intention to avoid evil, but he feels he can't because it "<em>congeals</em>".
What would happen to writing if paragraphs didn't exist is that when the reader reads the writing, he/she might skip a sentence or even get confused. And then you might not understand it yourself. It can affect the reader by not understanding what is going on in the writing if it's a story.
B, because one of them left it home, and their is the correct term.
