Elden [556K]
Dryden may have said the jest went around and he was laughed at in his turn who began the frolic about Zimri in his Absalom, however, I am not entirely certain. If that is one of the options, I would pick that one.

PLEASE HELP!!!!
Which is equal to –(4 – 5)^2 + 1?

A.0
B.2
C.1
D.-1
bezimeni [28]
Using PEMDAS it would be -1 .
First you do the parentheses which equals to (-1). Then you raise it to the second power which is 1 because -1 * -1 is 1. But then you have the negative symbol on the outside so it is -1.

You have just finished reading chapter 7 of Things Fall Apart by Chinua Achebe. Upon seeing Okonkwo return from killing Ikemefun
Alekssandra [29.7K]

The above question wants to analyze your reading and writing ability and for that reason, I can't write the text for you, but I will show you how to write it.

First, you should read "Things Fall Apart," understand who Ikemefuna, Okonkwo and Nwoye are, know what their relationship is, understand the impact of Ikemefuna's murder and understand how it impacted Okonkwo and Nwoye. To expedite these analyses, you can search for summaries and articles that analyze the story and characters.

Then you can write your text as follows:

 • Introduce your characters and the context they are related to.
 • Present the impact of Ikemefuna's murder.
 • Show how this event could not have happened.
 • Show the results of that event.
 • Show your feelings towards Okonkwo and his involvement in the murder.
 • Show how the relationship between you and Okonkwo will be from now on.

Remember that you must write from Nwoye's point of view. This means that you should write with the first-person narration, making Nwoye the narrator of the story, telling his thoughts and feelings about what happened.
