Your job can be challenging, but having a positive attitude will not only make your job more enjoyable, but it will also help you advance in your career.

Attitudes at work determine the quality of work relationships influence productivity levels and determine overall success including influencing factors such as potential pay raises and promotions. A positive attitude increases self-confidence and competence and brings hope and anticipation for a brighter future.

It also motivates you as you strive towards your goals and inspires and motivates others. Your attitude towards work is your perception belief and attachment to your work. Attitudes toward work can be either positive or negative, and there are examples of each type. Your attitude defines and limits your level of success. If you have an overall bad attitude you will never really succeed.
