The rights that are guaranteed to the Americans and the non Americans are the rights that have to do with:

  • Right to speech
  • The right to assemble
  • The right to religion

These are rights that gives the people the freedom to express themselves in the United States.

<h3>What is meant by Rights?</h3>

This is the term that is used to refer to all of the rights as well as the privilege that people would have that would enable them to be able to carry out the tasks that they want to do and gives them the freedom to be able to live as they want without any forms of intervention by the government of the nation.

These are the rights that are constitutional and most of the rights that concern the people are parts of the first amendment to the nations constitution in the United States.

Hence the right to speak, assemble and religion are rights that the people of the nation have.
