The number of years t, the number of students in both high schools would be the same is 15 years

Equation

let

 • Number of years both high schools would be the same = t

School A:

1000 + 35t

School B:

700 + 55t

 • Equate both schools

1000 + 35t = 700 + 55t

1000 - 700 = 55t - 35t

300 = 20t

t = 300/20

t = 15 years

Therefore, the number of years t, the number of students in both high schools would be the same is 15 years

Nata [24]
Since you have not presented any choices wherein we can determine the best answer, I will go on and share my thoughts on how she could improve the results of her survey.

Since she just surveyed her ballet class, she should opt for surveying on other classes with other genres. This would entail reliability and validity and eliminate bias about the results.

A 14- inch pepperoni pizza is sliced into 8 equal pieces. One slice contained 352 calories. Write and solve a division equation
tankabanditka [31]

Division equation is:

\frac{c}{8} = 352

There are 2816 calories in whole pizza

Solution:

Given that,

A 14- inch pepperoni pizza is sliced into 8 equal pieces

One slice contained 352 calories

Therefore,

1 slice = 352 calories

Let "c" be the calories

Given that there are 8 equal pieces

Therefore, calories in 8 pieces are:

Calories in 8 pieces = 8 x calories in 1 piece

c = 8 \times 352

Thus the division equation is:

\frac{c}{8} = 352

Therefore,

c = 352 \times 8 = 2816

Thus there are 2816 calories in whole pizza
