The bill voting procedure for the House or representatives in contrast to the senate is that it is relatively faster. However, in comparison to the Senate, they both require a majority for bills to be passed. While the house of representative requires a simple majority, the senate requires at least three-fifths majority.

What is The House of Representatives

The house of representatives is one of the two components of the congress. It is the lower chamber of Congress and according to the constitution, the U.S. House of Representatives makes and passes federal laws.

The United States Senate.

The United States Senate is the upper chamber of congress. Much like the house of Representatives, the Senate makes and passes federal laws.

The US congress is the summation of the House of representatives and the Senate.

Bill voting in congress as much more similar than different. Only a numerical majority is required to pass legislation in the House, which allows bills to be processed quickly. By contrast, Senate votes typically require a three-fifths majority, or 60 votes in favor.
